DIGITAL MEDIA

Catalina Graphic Films offers a wide range of products especially enhanced for many types of printing technologies including Eco-Solvent, Solvent-UV Based, and Electrostatic and Thermal Transfer methods. Additionally, Catalina offers Overlaminating films for extra print protection and enhanced depth and gloss.

OVERLAMINATES

Catalina offers many types of overlaminating films – including polyesters, polypropylenes, polycarbonates, embossed vinyls and polyolefins – to protect printed material from environmental elements, graffiti and general abuse. Typical products requiring lamination include mouse pads, counter mats, floor graphics and decals.

PERFORMANCE SPECIFIC

Applying Catalina’s technical knowledge and experience in developing new products, we combine film, adhesive, topcoat and liner to help fulfill your specialty media needs. Available in varying thickness, colors, adhesives, release liners and sizes make them ideal for a wide range of applications and suitable to many industries.

POLYESTER FILMS

A series of print treated clear or metallized polyester films used for high quality markings in applications requiring clarity, durability, high temperature and dimensional stability. Applications include two-way door and window emblems, multicolor printed markings, etc.

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS

VINYLS

Used for applications requiring block-out capacity, Catalina’s Vinyls are available in permanent or removable adhesives and matte or glossy finishes for the ultimate graphics control. These PVC (polyvinyl chloride) films are available in sheets or rolls for a variety of print applications.

WINDOW GRAPHICS

Catalina's window graphic materials are the most widely used films offered today and can be seen throughout the P.O.P. advertising industry. The window graphics line is available non-top-coated and top-coated for offset, flexo, digital and screen printing applications.
